Staff was warm and pleasant. By that I mean that rather than simply checking us in and being done with us, they seemed pleased to have us there. A nice woman who seemed to be solely in charge of breakfast showed my daughter how to make a waffle - a small gesture but it meant a lot.

We had to try four rooms before we found one that was clean and met our expectations. This was unacceptable, especially considering the $150 per night we paid. The staff made a good effort to address our concerns, but it wasn't enough.
